1. Absolutely no parties allowed. 10 person maximum in the unit at any given time. Strict noise policy. Please be respectful of the neighbors. This is strictly enforced and will be reflected in your review.
2. Booking person must be over the age of 21 and must be present during the stay.
3. No Smoking of any kind is allowed in the house - Guests will be charged a minimum of a $300 deep cleaning fee if there is evidence of smoking in the house.

Cancellation Policy:
We have a strict cancellation policy. Guests are eligible for a full refund if they cancel within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in. Cancellations made after this period are non-refundable.
