1.Guests will be charged in full for any damages or violations of the house rules below.

2.Guests must be at least 21 years of age to make a reservation.

3.Check-in starts at 4 PM. Checkout is at 10 AM. Early check-in or late checkout may be requested but is not guaranteed. It is $25 per hour earlier/later. Guests who stay beyond their designated checkout time or delay our housekeeping staff are liable for any associated costs and expenses.

4.Guests are not allowed to make a reservation in their city of residence. Please contact us if you're booking within your city.

5.Smoking, parties, and excessive noise are not allowed. Smoking violations are subject to a $1000.00 USD fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, or repair damages.

6.Overnight guests that exceed the number stated in the reservation are not allowed.

7.Noise detecting technology may be used inside the guest space to monitor excessive noise levels.

8.Guests take full responsibility for loss, injury, or damages that occur on the premises and its facilities.

9.Guests are not permitted to ship packages to the property. We are not responsible for any lost or misplaced packages.

10. Booking a reservation constitutes an agreement to comply with the House Rules. Guests who violate these rules are liable for any associated damages, fees, costs, or expenses and may be removed from the property.
